Fatal Shooting In Bath Beach Last Night, Cops Search For Mustang
A 66-year-old man was found dead from a gunshot wound inside a home in Bath Beach last night.
On Wednesday, February 8, at around 6:30pm police found the unconscious man who had been shot in the torso, inside 103 Bay 8 Street, said cops.
He was rushed to Maimonides Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
Though the victim’s identity has not yet been released, ABC News reports that he was an NYPD civilian employee who worked as a steam fitter.
Cops are searching for a blue 2015 Ford Mustang linked to the homicide. The New York license plate number is GEF8791.
