Corcoran thinks you do already.

A local real estate broker just sent out a mass direct mailing, labeling us all as living in WiViKen. The map mash-up seems to indicate that it might stand for Windsor Terrace — Victorian Flatbush — Kensington, though Flatbush has assumed a bit of an odd location on Corcoran’s map.

Not to worry. The “good news is that Single Family Homes in WiViKen continue to be in exceptionally high demand, (..) the projected trend is that property values will continue to rise.”
