A Bensonhurst family is frantically searching for information about their son, who has been missing since Monday night.

Xiao Bo Zhu, 24, made suicidal statements before leaving his family’s home on 70th Street and 18th Avenue on April 20, at 11:30pm, police said. He left his wallet behind, a suicide letter tucked inside.

“No one knows where he went,” Zhu’s sister told Bensonhurst Bean. “We found a letter in his wallet saying suicide. We want to find him.”

Zhu is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall, thin, and weighs 110 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, jeans, grey shoes, and a black backpack.

He often visits the Mapleton Library at 1702 60th Street, his sister said.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD’s 62nd Precinct or the family at (646) 897-6583.
