Facade Installation Begins At 120 Nassau Street
New York YIMBY reports that facade installation has begun for 120 Nassau Street, the new mixed-use tower located on the corner of Nassau and Jay Streets in Downtown Brooklyn. The building stands 33 stories and 425 feet tall.
120 Nassau will feature office and retail space, 270 residential units, indoor parking for over 100 cars, and a 23,000-square-foot public plaza. The base of the building will be 8 stories, housing offices, residences, and an 1,800-square-foot community space. The upper 25 floors are set back and will contain apartment units and amenities.
Construction is expected to be completed later this year.
