Every Day Is The 18th Avenue Feast, According To Google Maps

As the countdown until Bensonhurst’s Festa di Santa Rosalia — a 10-day celebration of Italian food and culture on 18th Avenue — begins, we thought we’d share a cool trick to help you get pumped for the big event.

When we typed select 18th Avenue addresses into Google Maps, we discovered that the entire street, from Bay Ridge Parkway to 67th Street, was suddenly frozen in late-August 2014.

To find the 18th Avenue Feast on Google Maps, do what we did and type in the address for the recently opened Vietnamese restaurant at 7116 18th Avenue. Then move the arrow up and down the street to explore various booths, rides, food, and more.
