Prospect Park: Outdoor sculpture exhibit: “The Connective Project”
Where: Rose Garden, East Drive, Prospect Park
When: Friday, July 7 until July 17
What: A large-scale, interactive art installation featuring 7,000 pinwheels is coming to Prospect Park. The Connective Project will transform Prospect Park’s Rose Garden into a project creating from the memories of Brooklyn residents. —a little-known landscape in the Park’s northeast corner—into an immersive, engaging and ever-growing field of pinwheels.

BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn: Musiq Soulchild / People’s Champs

Greenwood Heights: Birding in Peace

Where: Green-Wood Cemetery, 500 25th Street
What: Before the cemetery gates open to the general public, birding expert Rob Jett will lead a peaceful Sunday morning walking tour in search of the many birds that call Green-Wood Cemetery home. A Bird Checklist will be provided to all tour participants.
