Espresso 77 Opening Cafe In 7th Avenue De Luxe Space

It looks like coffee will soon return to 410 7th Avenue (between 13th and 14th Streets).

Popular Jackson Heights cafe, Espresso 77, recently signed a lease on the commercial space vacated by De Luxe in February of this year.

In addition to espresso drinks from Gimme coffee and teas from Harney and Sons, owner Afzal Hossain (shown above) tells DNAinfo that the cafe will feature a small menu, and once their license goes through, a selection of beer and wine.

Poetry readings and art shows, a staple in the cafe’s Queens location, are also planned for the South Slope expansion.

If everything falls into place, Espresso 77 will open its doors in May.
