“Entourage” Star Adrian Grenier Buys Clinton Hill Townhouse With Mom
A historic brownstone at 112 Gates Avenue was just sold for $2.085 million to actor/filmmaker Adrian Grenier and his mother, reports 6sqft.com. Grenier already owns a townhouse in the area, which he renovated to make more environmentally-friendly back in 2007, so this building could perhaps be a second home, a home for his mom, or a fixer-upper that they plan to rent out or flip.
As 6sqft notes, the five-story, four-unit building was sold via an estate sale and “is a fixer-upper,” but still features stunningly high ceilings, ornate plaster moldings, hardwood floors and more.
In addition to be a Brooklyn resident and home renovator, the actor most famous for his role on HBO’s Entourage is also known in the area for brewing beer. And his mother, Karesse Grenier, is a broker with Brown Harris Stevens, although the house sale was handled by another company.
