Enjoy A Presidents’ Week Concert This Sunday With The Brooklyn Symphony Orchestra
The Brooklyn Symphony Orchestra, which features several players from our neighborhood, will be playing their third concert of the 2013-2014 season this Sunday, February 23, at the Brooklyn Museum (200 Eastern Parkway between Washington and Underhill Avenues).
The 2pm event to celebrate Presidents’ Week will feature A Lincoln Portrait, composed by Aaron Copland and with a speech portion read by by Harris Yulin, Greenhoe’s Learning to Dance, and Tchaikovsky‘s 5th Symphony in E Minor.
