El Acuario Restaurant On Church Ave Is Temporarily Closed As Restaurant Undergoes Renovations

After several neighbors reached out to us about El Acuario Restaurant (1217 Church Avenue, between Argyle and Westminster Roads) being shuttered for days, we’ve been told that the Mexican restaurant will be reopening after it undergoes renovations to make the front area more of a bar.

We’re not sure when exactly they’ll be opening again, but we’ll let you know as soon as we find out — and we’re hoping it’s soon so we can chow down on their guac, burritos, sopas and more!
