Eat Spare Ribs & Drink Brooklyn Brewery Drafts At Sycamore June 1

Sycamore (1118 Cortelyou Rd. between Stratford and Westminster) will be hosting a Brooklyn Brewery Rib Cookout on Saturday, June 1. The event will run from 12-6pm and feature food from Swagger & Co., as well as $5 drafts from Brooklyn Brewery.

An $18 ticket gets you:

Pork ribs with two kinds of sauce
Cole slaw
Non-veggie baked beans
Potato salad
Boiled peanuts
Texas toast

Hopefully they’ll have plenty of napkins on hand, but you might want to wear your darks/borrow a bib just in case. Eat up!
