East 16th Street and Ditmas Avenue Closed to Traffic

Due to ongoing work on the corner, the intersection at East 16th Street and Ditmas Avenue has been closed to traffic. A neighbor says they may be taking the entire tree on the corner down or, at least, are pruning it back quite a bit.
