Dressed Up Pups Alert: Howl-O-Ween Costume Bash For Dogs Is This Sunday In Prospect Park

It’s our favorite time of the year: Dogs dressed in costume season!

This Sunday, October 26 from 2-4pm, Go Fetch Run, a fitness company for people and their dogs, along with Calm Energy Dog Training, will be hosting the second annual Howl-O-Ween Costume Bash for Dogs in Prospect Park, in the north part of the Long Meadow near the Grand Army Plaza entrance.

There will be awards for the best costumes, with prizes from Go Fetch Run, Calm Energy Dog Training, Eva’s Play Pups, Cheeky Dog Daycare, Rescue Chocolate, and more. Registration for the costume contest is $10, and proceeds will benefit local animal rescue groups.

Here’s the schedule:

2pm – Registration for costume contest begins (must be registered by 3pm to participate).
2:30pm – Mini fitness class for people and dogs.
3:15pm – Costume parade begins!
