Donate A Backpack At The Brooklyn Public Library
It’s almost time for school to start again, and there are many children throughout Brooklyn who don’t have a home to go to, let alone a bag to hold their books.
The Coalition for the Homeless is teaming up with the Brooklyn Public Library for Project: Back to School, which collects backpacks and school supplies for homeless children in New York City.
If you would like to donate a backpack or other school supplies, you can drop off donations at the Central Library, 10 Grand Army Plaza, from now until September 8.
