Donate Gently Used Books To Park Slope Library’s Fall Book Sale

PARK SLOPE – Shake the sand out of your summer reading books and donate them, along with any other gently used books and media, to the Park Slope Library this weekend.

Friends of the Park Slope Library will begin accepting donations for their upcoming Fall 2017 Book Sale tomorrow, Saturday, September 23 through Saturday, October 7. Simply drop off donations at the branch, located at 431 6th Avenue (at 9th Street), during regular hours Monday – Saturday.

The following items, in good condition, will be accepted:

hardcovers
paperbacks
fiction
nonfiction
children’s books
graphic novels/manga
cookbooks
home and gardening books
DVDs/CDs
vinyl albums.

The Park Slope Library Fall 2017 Book Sale is scheduled for Saturday, October 21, from 11am to 4pm. Admission is free.

A preview sale will be held on Wednesday, October 18 from 5pm to 7pm. Admission to the preview sale is $10.

All proceeds benefit the Park Slope Library.
