DOE Offers Two City-Wide Parent Conferences In Spanish & Mandarin

In order to provide greater language access for families who speak Mandarin and Spanish, the city’s Department of Education (DOE) is hosting Learning Together, two city-wide parent conferences this June.

These sessions will be delivered entirely in families’ native languages and will cover:

  • Gifted and Talented programs
  • Summer Learning
  • New Dual Language Programs
  • Library Resources

Breakfast will be served, and there will also be giveaway items. MetroCard’s will be available upon request.

Wednesday, June 1st from 9:30 – 1:00
Queens Library in Flushing

Spanish Parent Conference
Wednesday, June 16th from 9:30 – 1:00
Brooklyn Public Library
