Looking for a new place to call home? We’ve rounded up a bunch of apartments that are currently available to rent in and around Ditmas Park — take a look at the details, and let us know what you think. Lots of luck in your search!

Cortelyou-y Alcove Studio
Available: April 1
Price: $1,400, plus broker fee
Details: While not huge, this place for one on Rugby near Cortelyou has an increasingly rare combination of style, location, and price. It seems about on par with what neighbors — some of whom moved in years ago — say they’re paying for local studios and one bedrooms, plus it offers nice hardwood floors, pretty natural light, and a sleeping area around the corner from the living room for a little extra privacy when friends stop by. There’s also in-building laundry, cats are allowed, and you’ll have easy access to main drag food, shopping, and transportation. Nice!

No Fee Updated Two Bed
Available: Immediately
Price: $1,650, no broker fee
Details: This apartment on E 22nd Street and Ditmas Avenue may not be quite as “prime Ditmas Park” as the last, but it’s cheap (relatively), freshly updated (the curse of the pretty but miniature kitchen returns), and near Flatbush Avenue amenities as well as about equidistant from the B/Q and 2/5. It’s also pet-friendly, has been on the market for nearly a month (price break?), and comes with no broker fee.

Stunning Three Bed on Westminster
Available: Immediately
Price: $2,900, plus broker fee
Details: We might have spent some more time getting ready this morning if we thought we’d run into this good of a looker! Situated between Cortelyou and Slocum, this place for three is basically one big exposed brick — with a smattering of killer wood flooring, updated bathroom, sleek (tiny) kitchen with dishwasher, and washer and dryer in the freshly redone bathroom to round things out. We have to admit we’re curious not only about the super super, but about the smudge-proof fridge as well. Fellow grubby-handed renters, please report back.

Pricey but Nice(y) Dorchester Three/Two
Available: Immediately
Price: $3,600, plus broker fee
Details: Unfortunately, not all places near our neighborhood’s best-known commercial strip (or at least, the one most frequently touted by realtors) can cost such a reasonable amount. This place on Dorchester and E 19th Street is gorgeous and even has enough counter space for a human being, as well as a second bathroom, a balcony, and private parking (for an extra fee), but it will all come at a Park Slope-esque price. Is it worth it, or is it still a little early for $1,200 per bedroom in a shared place here?
