Roomy Studio on Rugby

Two Bedroom Near Newkirk Plaza
Available: Immediately
Price: $1,850

Albemarle Road Three Bed
Available: Immediately
Price: $2,550, plus broker fee
Details: At 1,250 sq ft, this spot between E 18th and E 19th Streets looks like you’ll have a bit of room to spread out. The updated galley kitchen has room for a small table, there’s a second bathroom, and the bedroom sizes don’t seem half bad–plus the unit is a short walk to Church transportation and amenities, and it’s been reduced by $100 since October.

Fancy Three Bed with Laundry
Available: Immediately
Price: $2,800, plus broker fee
Details: Shwing! Like the one above, this gorgeous place on E 18th Street between Cortelyou and Beverley is a three bedroom–but each listing has its strengths. This one lacks a second bathroom, but apparently has a double vanity so inhabitants can at least do all of their beauty and (shower-excepting) hygiene things simultaneously; and while The New York Times insists some people want separate kitchens (as in the place above), we’re pretty enamored with this kitchen’s island and open living area for easy entertaining. Oh, and there’s in-unit laundry, as well as moulding out the wazoo and what looks like some pretty great closet space, too.
