Dreaming of four different camps under one roof? Stop dreaming, because CBE Kids has made it a reality.

Located at Congregation Beth Elohim, CBE Summer Camps allow children in grades preschool through nine the opportunity to experience classic summer camp – right in the heart of Park Slope, Brooklyn.

For CBE members and families currently enrolled in the Early Childhood Center, CBE Kids offers a preschool day camp from June 20 through July 29. Littles can look forward to “swimming, spinning, and smiles” in the air-conditioned gym, heated indoor pool, and outside in beautiful Prospect Park.

Elementary school kids in grades kindergarten through four enjoy an extended camp that runs July 5 to August 15. Families can look forward to swimming lessons, sports, nature, gymnastics, circus arts, music, and arts and crafts. There are also two trips per week to destinations around NYC, a mid-summer Olympics, and an end of summer carnival. That’s not all! Third and fourth graders have an in-house sleepover, and campers explore Jewish values with each session’s special weekly theme.

Older kids in grades four through nine get a bit more independence, but still have the safety of a structured and supervised environment with Movin’ On Travel Camp. CBE serves as the base, but campers spend the summer exploring points of interest in and around New York. The CBE gym and pool will be available on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, team building activities will take place in Prospect Park, and the entire camp will participate in an overnight adventure to Club Getaway in Kent, Connecticut.

Looking for Hebrew camp? Ha’Geemnasia also runs July 5 to August 9 and invites children in grades kindergarten through four to an Israeli-style camp program that encourages language skills through a Hebrew curriculum. Weekly themes will be connected to Isreal – while kids enjoy games, swimming, sports, arts, and exciting trips around the City.

As an added bonus, CBE Kids offers campers a swimming intensive morning session, a special Harry Potter camp, and a maker’s camp.

2016 tuition rates and detailed descriptions of each program can be found in the CBE Kids brochure.
