Design Revealed for Williamsburg Apartment Building
A design has been revealed for a 5-story apartment building planned for Williamsburg, YIMBY reports. Permits for construction of the 10-unit building were filed in May of this year. The 3-family building currently occupying the space is to be demolished, though a partial stop-work order has been issued at the site over safety concerns.
From the rendering, the building will have a dark grey facade with yellow accents and metal-grate Juliet balconies on the windows facing Manhattan Ave.
The new building will be 6,819 square feet and have units an average of 681 square feet. The design is by Joshua Felix/BEAM Group, YIMBY reported, and the owner is Sol Ekstein.
