Delivery Man Kicked in Face and Robbed in Ditmas Park

DITMAS PARK — A 60-year-old delivery man was attacked and robbed while delivering food last week.

On Tuesday, November 5 at around 9:40 p.m., a man was delivering food to a house on Dorchester Road, between Marlborough Road and East 16th Street.  Then, two men approached him and took the bag of food. As he tries to drive away on his motorcycle, the men stop him and drag the delivery man to the ground and began to repeatedly punch and kick him in the face. Before they left, they took the delivery man’s cellphone and $300 in cash. They ran in an unknown direction. You can see it all unfold in this video:

The delivery man suffered laceration and bruising to his face. He was taken to Kings County Hospital and is in stable condition.

The first suspect is described by cops as a black man last seen wearing a black hooded sweater with the word “Puma” on the front, black sweatpants, and white sneakers. The second suspect is described as a black man last seen wearing a blue hooded sweater, gray sweatpants, and blue sneakers.

As of today, no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
