Delivery Bikes Stolen From Joe’s Pizza in Williamsburg

WILLIAMSBURG – Police are looking for help identifying two men who stole delivery bikes and batteries from Joe’s Pizza at 216 Bedford Ave earlier this summer.

At 5:30 in the morning of Friday, June 23, a man cut the chain that secured a rear gate to the pizza joint and entered, while his accomplice remained outside as a lookout, said police.

Once inside, they made off with 2 electric bikes, 4 bike batteries, a battery charger and 2 chains—an estimated value of $5,000, according to police.

The men can be seen in surveillance video and photos recovered by the NYPD.

Police describe the first individual as a Hispanic man, last seen wearing a black and white ball cap, a multi-color tank top, beige cargo shorts and black sneakers, with a black backpack on.

The second individual is described as a Hispanic man, last seen in a black long-sleeve tee, blue jeans and black sneakers.
