DaVinci Cones On 65th Street (Finally) Open
A reader sent in the above photo, taken on 65th Street between Bay Parkway and 23rd Avenue, on Sunday.
It appears DaVinci Cones, whose signage has been up for more moons than we care to count, has had their long-awaited grand opening.
From the “finally” written in parentheses on their announcement sign, we gather that, despite all the red tape, they’ve maintained a healthy sense of humor.
Plus, the whole idea of eating pizza in a gyro-like cone, apparently designed by the Vitruvian Man himself, certainly piques our curiosity.
