Damon Maulucci's "Detonator" To Be Featured At The Brooklyn Film Festival

Ditmas Parker Damon Maulucci and co-director Keir Politz‘s feature film Detonator will make its debut this Saturday, June 1, at the Brooklyn Film Festival. The official selection of Cinequest 23 is described via its website:

In this gritty thriller, Sully, former frontman of a once prominent punk band, anxiously trudges toward a new world in order to remain in his young son’s daily life when ex-bandmate, Mick, catches him mid-stride with a promise to make good on an old debt.
In one hellish night that stretches till dawn, Sully chases Mick through the recesses of Philadelphia.

An additional showing of the film will be held on Friday, June 7. Both showings are at 10:30pm at indieScreen (289 Kent Ave. between S 2nd and S 1st St. in Williamsburg).
