CROWN HEIGHTS – Yesterday evening, June 12 at around 7:30 p.m., a 48-year-old man was shot and killed while inside Classic Deli Market at 125 Kingston Avenue. The man was found with multiple gunshot wounds to the neck and torso in the back of the Deli, cops say.

The victim was taken to Interfaith Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The NY Post reported that this is the same man who was the victim of a shooting several years ago at NYCHA’s Albany Houses– though the cops did not confirm when asked, and have not yet released the name of the victim, pending family notification.

Cops say no arrests have been made as of this time and the investigation is ongoing.
