Councilman Lew Fidler in conjunction with Beth Israel/ Kings Highway Hospital is pleased to offer FLU SHOTS to his constituents, free of charge.

Friday, October 14th – 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Wednesday, October 19th – 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Friday, October 28th – 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Wednesday, November 9th – 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Monday, November 14th – 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Currently, those age 18 and over are eligible. Criteria are not under our control and are subject to change.
