Cortelyou Clothing Bin Mess
This isn’t the first time this clothing bin by the shoe shack on Cortelyou at East 9th Street has had a mess of clothing all around it, says neighbor Antonio M. Rosario, who sent in this photo from this morning. He says the bin, which only showed up at that corner recently, has attracted a mess like this a few times already.
Thriftland USA, who operates the distribution and collection of the bins to help support I Love Our Youth, told us that they will be cleaning this up today, and that, unrelated to this matter, they plan to remove this particular bin tomorrow.
