Cops Release Description Of Suspect In Ingersoll Triple Homicide

Police have released a “Wanted” poster with a photo of the man suspected of shooting — and killing — three Ingersoll Houses residents, including local grandfather figure Herbert Brown, this past September 20.

Allen “Pike” Cooper, 31, formerly a fellow resident of the public housing complex, is described as the perpetrator and warns anyone who encounters him to be “extreme[ly] cautious” as he may be armed.

He stands approximately six feet tall and weighs around 190 pounds, and has brown eyes and dark hair.
