Cops recovered a loaded pistol and a stash of forged credit cards Saturday during a search of an apartment in the Sheepshead Bay Houses.
The police entered the apartment, near Avenue W and Nostrand Avenue, around 6am and arrested 28-year-old Jorge Matos and 20-year-old Maria Kalos.
Both were slapped with a slew of charges, including criminal possession of a weapon, forgery, unlawful possession of a personal ID, and unlawful possession of marijuana, according to the NYPD. The gun found in the apartment was a loaded .380 caliber Jimenez handgun, police say.
