Cops After Two Suspects Who Tried To Rape Woman Near Prospect Park
The NYPD is searching for two suspects wanted for an attempted rape that occurred near Prospect Park early Wednesday morning.
The men allegedly followed a 25-year old woman in the vicinity of Tennis Court and Ocean Avenue, on May 25, at approximately 2:15am, shoving her against a parked car and assaulting her, according to the police report.
The victim escaped and ran into a nearby residential building, say cops. Police released surveillance video of the two suspects walking down the street. Both are described as black or Hispanic males, approximately 18 to 25 years old, 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 11 inches tall, with a medium build. The second suspect was last seen wearing a dark-colored baseball cap, a black sweater, and dark colored jeans.
