Construction At 500 Waverly Is Almost Complete
Three years after its $9.2 million sale to Orange Management, the 49-unit, seven-story condo building at 500 Waverly Avenue (at Fulton Street) is almost ready for leasing. As first noted by 6sqft, the building has mostly been built and will be done before the end of the year. Apartments will range from studios to four-bedrooms, with prices starting in the high $500,000s.
Here’s a look at what the building will look like in relation to the rest of the neighborhood once the GKV Architects-designed glass facade is installed.
Dubbed Waverly Brooklyn, the development used to be a parking lot. Once done, it will join a slew of other new developments, at 810 Fulton Street, 555 Waverly Avenue, and Aperture 538.
