After about a year’s worth of construction, it looks like the three story, six family building at 190-192 E 5th Street (on the corner of Caton Avenue) is nearly finished.
The 5,962-square foot lot it sits on was empty for quite some time leading up to its Fall 2012 purchase for $1,035,000, but with the visible progress made on the site and current permits expiring April 2, the brownstone-inspired building has come a long way from its state back in March of 2013.
