Transportation Committee
Thursday, October 3, 7pm
CB14 District Office, 810 E 16th St
Greg Haas of the DOT will give a presentation on the Flatbush Avenue Congested Corridor Plan, plus Office of Freight Mobility Director Stacey Hodge will discuss an area truck route study.

Public Hearing on FY 2015 & General Meeting
Both Monday, October 7, 7:15 and 7:30pm
PS 249 (Caton Avenue between Marlborough and Rugby Roads)
The public hearing will cover CB14’s proposed recommendations for Fiscal Year 2015 Capital and Expense Budgets. The meeting will include presentations from topical committees, recommendations for several permits outside the neighborhood, and a public session.

Community Environment Committee
Wednesday, October 16, 7pm
CB14 District Office, 810 E 16th St
The DSNY will present on initiatives, programs, and community concerns.

Human Services Committee
Tuesday, October 22, 7pm
CB14 District Office, 810 E 16th St
The Department for the Aging will present on programs, services, and events, SCRIE and DRIE will be discussed, and Alison Haar of the Jewish Child Care Association will be in attendance to talk about their RESOLVE program.

70th Precinct Community Council Meeting
Wednesday, October 30, 7:30pm
175 Lawrence Avenue between Ocean Parkway and E 2nd Street
Come meet officers from the 70th, find out how they’re keeping Ditmas Park safe, and voice questions or concerns.
