1. A public hearing will take place to permit the continued operation of the existing Physical Culture Establishment (PCE) at 1009 Flatbush between Albermarle and Tilden, and to extend the term previously granted. The PCE would also like to extend their permit for the cellar and to amend the permit to include the first floor of the building on 2228-2238 Church Avenue between Flatbush and Bedford.
2. A revised proposal for a community residence to provide care for adults with moderate/profound impairment of their intellectual abilities on 2125 Duryea Place between Flatbush and East 22nd.
3. A variance application to the Board of Standards and Appeals for the R1-2/R7A Zoning District to provide students with special needs with accessory ventilation and respiratory care at 570 East 21st street between Dorchester and Ditmas Avenue.
Additionally, there is a review and public comment on the Citywide Statement of Needs for Fiscal Years 2014-2015.

Community Board Policy reviews on State Liquor Authority Applications and Public Member Positions on Board Committees.
Youth Services Committee

There will be an assessment by the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development for District 14, as well as a Review of the 2012 Youth Conference. A preliminary discussion and planning for the 2013 Youth Conference will also take place.
