Ideal Properties recently posted signage for a “prime retail lease opportunity” outside the condo tower at 15th Street and 4th Ave.

In addition to the ever-growing number of condos (we’re keeping an eye on the old Strauss Auto building across the street) and townhouses, this stretch of 4th Ave (between 14th and 16th Streets) is home to Reyes Deli (try their tacos), EZ Laundry, Tofu Food, and Country Boys Restaurant.
