Coming Up At Powerhouse: Middle Grade Book Club Meeting

Time to start reading, middle graders! The next installment of the Powerhouse on 8th Middle Grade Book Club, recommended for children ages 9 to 12, is scheduled for Wednesday, May 1, from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.

Jordan B. Nielson, founder of The Rusty Key, will lead kids in a discussion hour based on this month’s book, Same Sun Here, by Silas House and Neela Vaswani.

As an added bonus, author Neela Vaswani will be on hand to take part in the night’s discussion.

Don’t forget that club members receive a 15% discount on each month’s selected book if purchased at Powerhouse on 8th (1111 8th Ave), so be sure to pick up your copy and read it before May 1.
