Brooklyn Flea favorite Dosa Royale will be opening a brick-and-mortar restaurant this spring at 258 Dekalb Avenue, between Vanderbilt and Clinton Avenue, bringing their famous dosas — as well as kati rolls, curries, mango lassis, thalis, beer/wine, and more — to Clinton Hill.

This is the second Dosa Royale in Brooklyn for owners Heather and Thiru Rajamani, who also own Dino, which is located just a short walk away at 222 Dekalb Avenue.

Of her growing mini-empire, Rajamani told DNAInfo that she and her husband are “really excited to be able to offer dosas year round, because at the Fort Greene market we have people that come every weekend to get dosas. . . There isn’t one dosa restaurant in this area. There isn’t anyone that specializes in South Indian.”

Even better: the affordable prices: with appetizers and entrees ranging between $6 and $16, you can afford to buy multiple items for yourself or to share with a friend.

The new Dosa Royale is slated to open in March/April.
