Clothing Boutique Bizio & Soci Opening Soon On 5th Avenue

An Italian clothing designer will open its second Brooklyn location within the next couple weeks, bringing a clothing line with a focus on fit to 5th Avenue.

Bizio & Soci, whose first location will remain open on Court Street in Carroll Gardens, is opening soon at 234 5th Avenue, between President and Carroll, which was most recently home to Pure Essentials.

Federica Crostarosa, who co-owns the boutiques and designs the clothing with her husband Chris, tells us that the shop, which carries Italian-made clothing for both men and women, may open as soon as this week.

“Our easy-going style goes with our motto — fit, fit, fit — with garment treatment, and store atmosphere!” she says.

The couple, who were born in Rome and currently live in Brooklyn with their young son, opened the Court Street shop last summer. You can see some of the clothing they make on their Facebook page.
