Church Ave Gets New Trash Cans

Church Avenue just got 17 new trash cans! It might not seem like much, but when your trash cans look good, so does your neighborhood (as long as people use them), and we’re proud to have our neighborhood looking good. Thank you to the Church Ave BID and the DOE Fund for installing them in the cold yesterday, and to the NYS Office of Community Renewal and Crystal Loffler for helping to et them for us.

Speaking of the BID, they’re looking for donations of baked goods for their soup kitchen/cooking class tomorrow. If you can bake something up, contact info@churchavenue.org to find out where to drop it off. And whether you’re volunteering or not, stop by Lark tonight during happy hour from 4-6pm to meet Lauren and Melissa from the BID.
