The landmarked church at 232 Adelphi Street (between Willoughby and DeKalb Avenues) is now fully converted into 12 apartments and ready for occupancy.

The no-two-alike apartments, which feature details like stained glass windows, high ceilings and exposed brick, are located inside the 130-plus-year-old church, built in 1888. They will be on display from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, January 31 and February 1.

According to WIRE International Realty, available inventory includes 12 exquisite duplexes and triplexes:

two studios, four one-bedrooms, four two-bedrooms, and two three-bedrooms.  No two homes at the property are alike or similar to what else is currently on the market in Brooklyn for that matter.  Each unit features a custom design, sun-drenched open floor plan, truly premier set of appliances and finishes, and vaulted steel-beam ceilings.  All residents will enjoy access to a manicured rearview garden, as well as to a dedicated storage bin and to additional basement storage for bicycles and other personal items.

As first noted on Brownstoner, rents go for between $2,995 and $11,500 per month, on one- and two-year leases. Units can be viewed at StreetEasy.

The Gothic Revival church was formerly St. Mark’s Protestant Episcopal Church until it was sold in 2001. It had originally been founded in 1849 as a chapel of Holy Trinity P.E. Church in Brooklyn Heights, according to Designation Report documents of the city Landmarks Preservation Commission.
