Children’s Book Sale at the Cortelyou Library

Lia Kudless, Vice President of Friends of Cortelyou Library, tells us about an upcoming children’s book sale at the library.

The sale will take place on Saturday, September 29, from 11am-3pm, in the courtyard area of the library. Rain date is Saturday, October 13. There will be live children’s music, baked goods, and of course, children’s books for sale, with all proceeds directly benefiting your friendly neighborhood library branch.

They’re seeking donations of books in good condition — ages birth through young adult. Books will be accepted by the library the week prior to the sale, starting this Saturday, September 22 through Friday, September 28, during library business hours.
