Cemiteria That Never Opened Now For Rent

Oh well — we were looking forward to the prospect of traditional Mexican cemitas on 5th Avenue, ever since an awning went up above the storefront at 435 5th Ave back in November. But we waited and passed by and never happened to see the security gate up, and now there’s a big “available” sign hanging from the awning, so it looks like we won’t be getting to try any tasty sandwiches.
