CARROLL GARDENS – One of the actresses from Girls is selling her spacious and eclectic Clinton Street home in Carroll Gardens.
Jemima Kirke and her husband moved to 408 Clinton Street in 2013 to raise their two children, the Observer reported at the time. The couple paid $2.03 million for the 3,360-square-foot townhouse.
Now that the couple are reportedly separating, according to WWD, they are looking to unload the property for $4.495 million.
Listed by Brown Harris Stevens, the four-story home boasts 14 rooms, including four bedrooms and two and a half baths, a garden, and a roof terrace.
