Renderings Available For New Greenpoint Townhouses
GREENPOINT – Permits have been filed and renderings have been revealed for two new townhouses coming to Greenpoint’s Calyer Street.
The two buildings, at 85 and 87 Calyer, will replace current multi-family buildings with two 4,000 square foot townhouses, reported YIMBY. The renderings show modern brick facades with floor-to-ceiling windows and a finished rooftop. The two structures will be built to give the appearance of a single building.
Demolition permits were filed in August of last year, but there’s no information yet on when the work will begin, or when the buildings are expected to be completed.
Poise Real Estate group is responsible for the new buildings, with architecture from Design Studio Associates of Brooklyn.
