BWECC Gala Rescheduled For End Of May
Due to the snowstorm on March 5, the Bensonhurst West End Community Council’s 54th Anniversary Gala has been rescheduled for Wednesday, May 27.
The cost is $95 per person, and the event will take place at the El Caribe Country Club, located at 5945 Strickland Avenue. Drinks start 5:30pm, followed by dinner.
The following people will be honored at the gala:
- Janet Ndzibah, Principal, P.S./I.S 95, Woman of the Year
- Matthew Barone, Assistant Principal, P.S./I.S. 226, Man of the Year
- Erin Lynch,Principal, I.S. 96, Educator of the Year
- Lisa Addeo, P.T.A., I.S. 281, Parent of the Year
- Nancy Tong, Democratic District Leader, District 47 State AssemblyHumanitarian of the Year
- Erica Kuskin, Recording Secretary, P.T.A., P.S. 212, 5-Diamond Hospitality Award
