Burglars Wanted For Breaking Into Gravesend Apartments In Broad Daylight [Video]

Police are asking the public for help in identifying two men wanted for several midday burglaries at a Gravesend apartment building last week.

The suspects climbed through the rear windows of several apartments located at 2534 West 16th Street on January 20, at 12:30pm, taking cash and valuables before fleeing the location, cops said.

The first suspect can be seen on security footage wearing a black hooded sweater, blue jeans, and black sneakers with white laces.

The second alleged burglar appears on the camera wearing a gray hooded sweater, blue jeans, black gloves, and black sneakers.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website, or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) and entering TIP577.
