Building Housing Brooklyn Commune At 601 Greenwood Avenue Listed For $5.5 Million, Now Under Contract

It looks like the building housing Brooklyn Commune at 601 Greenwood Avenue, by Prospect Avenue, could soon be sold, as Nest Seekers International recently posted that the property is under contract.

Nest Seekers International recently listed the 13,000-square-foot mixed-use site for $5.5 million. We’ve reached out to the company to find out more about the pending sale and will update this as soon as we hear back.

According to Eugenie Woo, who owns Brooklyn Commune, the restaurant should be staying put.

“We certainly plan on staying – but until the sale of the building is finalized, I don’t have a definitive answer on what will happen,” Eugenie wrote to us. “Hopefully, we’ll be able to continue to be a part of and to serve the community as we’ve enjoyed doing over the past 5 years.”
