Brooklyn Heights Designer Showhouse Returns
BROOKLYN HEIGHTS – Lovers of HGTV and interior design can get their tickets now for the second Brooklyn Heights Designer Showhouse.
Fifteen designers have lent their skills to a four-story, 1820s wood-frame house at 13 Pineapple Street, transforming the historic home with contemporary furniture, fixtures, decor, and artwork. See the list of 15 participating designers here.
Design enthusiasts or those seeking inspiration for their own abodes can check out the showhouse starting today, September 27, through November 3. Hours are Wednesday through Sunday from 11am to 7pm, and Thursday from 11am to 8pm.
Proceeds from the event will go to the Brooklyn Heights Association. Founded in 1910, the community advocacy group works to preserve the area’s historic architecture and helped get the neighborhood designated as New York City’s first historic district in 1965.
