Brooklyn Cyclones Celebrate Bensonhurst’s Belated Birthday

In what seems to be a belated 350th birthday party for Bensonhurst, the Brooklyn Cyclones had a game theme day to celebrate. The only problem is that Bensonhurst turned 350 last December.

According to WCBS FM, last night’s game against Jamestown Jammers promoted $9 tickets and a chance for the entire audience to run the bases after the game.

Also, there was a special birthday cake courtesy of Reality TV show “The Cake Boss.”

Unfortunately, the Cyclones lost 5-2 in a three-game sweep by Jamestown. At least there was cake.

Happy 350th birthday again, Bensonhurst!
