BRIC Receives 19 Emmy Nominations
Congratulations to BRIC, recipient of 19 New York Emmy Award nominations!

“Telling compelling Brooklyn stories, and amplifying the voices of our Brooklyn neighbors, is central to BRIC’s mission,” BRIC’s President Leslie Schultz said in a statement. “BRIC TV plays an essential role in Brooklyn, covering important stories that mainstream media overlooks, and Brooklyn Free Speech TV celebrates creative expression by people who typically go unheard.”
BRIC TV is tied with WNET/Thirteen as the top-nominated nonprofit organization. The Awards will be presented on Saturday, May 6th at The Marriott Marquis in Times Square.
